Performance and Features of the Stadium Seats and Chairs
This chair is developed by NovoTrack for sports venues and indoor & outdoor leisure waiting areas. The stadium seat features a hollow blow-molded bowl design, which is directly fixed to the concrete floor using plastic expansion anchors and self-tapping screws along with simple flat iron brackets.
The bleacher chair height is adjustable between 42 cm and 46 cm, with the bowl seat height ranging from 32 cm to 33 cm and a width of 42 cm. The wall thickness is ≥ 4 mm, and the bowl seat weighs approximately 2.3 kg. The center distance can be controlled between 48 cm and 55 cm, typically set at 50 cm according to user requirements.
The bowl seat is made from high-quality, high-density polyethylene, with added UV stabilizers, and manufactured using a hollow blow-molding process. It has characteristics of high strength, impact resistance, anti-aging, fade resistance, easy installation, and maintenance. The injection-molded surface is glossy, aesthetically pleasing, comfortable to sit on, and has an elegant appearance, making it an ideal alternative to traditional fiberglass seating for indoor use.
The installation method is direct floor mounting.
The color of the seats can be customized according to user preferences, typically controlled through color masterbatch or color powder. For outdoor installations, UV-resistant and anti-aging additives are included.
The metal surface of the brackets undergoes sandblasting for rust removal, followed by electrostatic spraying. Due to the effective sandblasting rust removal, the adhesion between the plastic powder and the metal surface is extremely strong, providing superior corrosion resistance compared to other rust removal methods.
